Itinerary

Day 1 - From Casablanca to Fes via Rabat

Start your journey in Casablanca, where your driver will collect you from your accommodation. Begin with a visit to the impressive Hassan II Mosque, renowned for its stunning craftsmanship. Then, head towards Rabat, the Moroccan capital, for lunch. In Rabat, explore significant landmarks including the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas, and the historic Chellah. Conclude the day by traveling to Fes for an overnight stay.

Day 2 - Exploring Fes

In Fes, immerse yourself in a guided tour through the historic medina, a labyrinth of vibrant streets and marketplaces. Discover local art, fresh produce, and traditional Moroccan crafts. Enjoy lunch in a classic medina restaurant, followed by a visit to the renowned leather tanneries. Also, explore the University of Al-Karaouine, an ancient educational institution. End the day with a hike to the Marinid Tombs for a spectacular sunset view over Fes.

Day 3 - Fes to Merzouga via Ifran, Azrou, and Midelt

Depart Fes and journey through the Atlas Mountains to Ifran, known as the ‘Switzerland of Morocco’, where you’ll see the famous stone lion. Continue to Azrou, observing the cedar forests and resident Barbary apes. After lunch in Midelt, travel through the scenic Ziz Valley to Erfoud and Rissani, reaching the stunning dunes of Merzouga. Enjoy a camel trek and a desert sunset, followed by a night in a luxurious desert camp under the stars.

Day 4 - Merzouga to Todra Gorge via Erfoud and Tinghir

Experience a Sahara sunrise before departing for Todra Gorge. En route, visit the Museum of Fossils and Minerals in Erfoud. Journey through Berber villages and witness the traditional Elkhatarat irrigation system. Arrive at the majestic Todra Gorge for an overnight stay.

Day 5 - Todra Gorge to Marrakech via Kelaa M'Gouna and Ouarzazate

After a brief hike in Todra Gorge, travel towards Kelaa M’Gouna and Ouarzazate, the ‘Hollywood of Africa’. Visit a local film studio and a kasbah. Continue to the UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, a famous filming location. After lunch, traverse the High Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Marrakech Guided Tour

Explore Marrakech with a guided tour, visiting key sites like the medina, Koutoubia Mosque, Jardin Majorelle, Jardin Menara, and Palais De La Bahia. Overnight stay in Marrakech.

Day 7: Departure from Marrakech

Conclude your journey with breakfast, followed by a transfer to either Casablanca or Marrakech Airport for your departure.
